* The course was officially opened on January 3rd 1992 and is an 18 Hole - Par 73 championship course with a distance of 6.308 metres or just under 7000 yards, with 12 km of cart path.

* The Golf Course Designer was Terry Watson, the Architect was Ted Sterling.

* The Golf Course is nestled amid 80 hectares of forest with an additional 
80 hectares of natural bushland setting containing pockets of sub-tropical rainforest.

* The distinctive trees you see around the course are predominantly Flooded Gums. There are also Blackbutt, Camphor Laurel and Tallowwood, which are the main dietary source of the Koala which inhabit the area and can be seen around the course. You will also find a large variety of native birds and reptiles.
